SHAR'S BIG GIVEAWAY!!!

'Tis the Season to be Giving!

Beginning TODAY, I'll be offering a chance to win my 3-book "Daughters of Jacob Kane" Series. Simply post a comment below telling me what your all-time favorite Christmas song is - and just like that, you're entered! On WEDNESDAY, December 14, I'll throw everybody's name into a "hat", draw one out, and let you know if you're the lucky winner. The winner's books will ship out just as soon as I receive snail mail information from the winner! My next contest (beginning December 14) will be for a chance to win my 3 contemporary stand-alone books AND...(dunt-ta-da-dah!!!) "Livvie's Song", number 1 in my "River of Hope" Series, so that's a total of FOUR books that final week! (With a little luck and Christmas blessings, all winners should receive their books before Christmas!)

Are you in? I hope so! I'm really looking forward to learning what your FAVORITE Christmas song is. If you feel so inclined, you can even tell us why, but that's not a requirement.

Okay, summary:
1. Tell us what your FAVORITE Christmas song is, and if you want to elaborate on the reason, go for it.
2. If you happen to be the winner on December 14, I'll contact you! (If you sign anonymous, I won't be able to reach you.) I will then need your 'snail mail' info.
3. JUMP ON THE CONTEST BAND WAGON!

Many blessings and love to all!!!

Wags, that's my fave Christmas song as well. A few days ago I posted the BEST version of that song ever (in my opinion, that is). Check out my FB page to listen. David Phelps sings it, and it's so, so incredible.

Thanks for entering.

Lesa, love that song as well. Wow, think what this world would be like if everyone lived the Christmas spirit EVERY day!

Silent Night is my favorite because that's what I think of when I picture the night Christ was born.
Thank you for the chance to win this nice set of your books.

My all time favorite Christmas Song has to be "Silent Night" from the time I was small I loved waking up in the mornings during this time of the year to my Grandma Cox, who helped raise me singing.. Silent Night, Holy Night... while she fixed breakfast for us 4 kids... She went to be with Jesus on the 19th of Dec. 40 yrs ago, but I can still hear her voice singing during this time of year... I know that is what she has to be doing up there.... Miss her but know I will see her someday..
Thanks for bringing this sweet memory to me again... and for sharing a wonderful give away..

Since I'm to elaborate, I'd say Silent Night as it's one I grew up singing in the choir in my church. Always moved me.

Would absolutely love your series. Haven't read any of them to date!

Well, I absolutely love "O Holy Night" but I also like "O Come, O Come Emmanuel" and the funny thing is, I like them for the same reason...lyrics and dynamics. I love a song that has a dramatic flare and also speaks a powerful message.

ALL-TIME favorite Christmas song? Oh dear! I love so many! But at the moment I'd have to say 'O Little Town of Bethlehem'. =)

Thanks for hosting these giveaways!

P.S. I've known a girl for years whose name is Hannah Grace. ;-)

I've always liked O Holy Night, but since Mary Did You Know came out a few years back, it's hard to pick my favorite! Just so many great Christmas songs! Can't imagine Christmas without all the wonderful music and concerts! I just heard "Carol to a King" last night and really like it too!

My favorite Christmas song is any and all versions of "Mary Did You Know?" written by Mark Lowery. I love that such a funny man also has such a deep "out of the box" way of thinking -- to write such a beautiful and meaningful song. It must be because he has ADD. ;D

My favorite is Christmas Shoes. It always reminds me what Christmas, or any other day of the year, is about. Kindness, Compassion, and helping others. That song always pulls at my heartstrings.

My Favorite Christmas song is by Amy Grant Grown up Christmas List. Often we are only concerned about what we get for ourselves, yet the world is lacking so much love. It's a song that I stand for myself in a sense. I am a very huge humanitarian, and understand by our example through our actions and words we have the opportunity to spread unconditional love healing hearts, making a difference, and changing the world to be a better place. I've listened to this song most of my life since youth group when I was 15. It's still my grown up Christmas list this year! Every year while we have so much materialism, even shelter, someone is sitting on the streets without food, clothing, shelter, and family. We can pass around gifts, but most of those packages are empty for many lacking the best gift off all, Just plain Love! :)

Hello, darling friends. I have to say I have thoroughly enjoyed reading your comments about your favorite Christmas songs. After much thought, I decided I can't narrow down my favorite to just one. O, Holy Night and Mary Did You Know both come in at first place! Love them both so much. Of course, it matters who sings them, too. If you've never heard David Phelps sing these songs, get thee to YouTube and type his name into the search bar. You will be blessed.

Love and Hugs to all!

My favorite Christmas song is: "Mary, Did You Know?" I get goosebumps every time I hear that song. Just thinking of young Mary pregnant with the Son of God, probably feeling confused, frightened, and unsure what the future held. My favorite song gives her a look into the future, and I never hear the song without tearing up and getting goosebumps. Love it!
