HEY! GOT A QUIRKY QUESTION FOR YOU!

Okay, so this is a quirky photo. There must be a quirky question to go with it, right? There is!

For the next few days, I'm going to be posting some silly, goofy, quirky questions that I want YOU to answer. Are you game? Come on, play. You know you want to! (There are no wrong answers!) Warning: You will have to look at this photo every time I ask a question, even though it has nothing whatever to do with the question. That's what makes it quirky, see? By the way, I've been asking some QQ's over on Facebook, so just in case you've been reading those, I'll try to keep these different.

Okay, QUIRKY QUESTION #1: If you could eat one kind of food for the rest of your life, what would it be? (Black and white pig says, "Don't say ham!")

Okay, I have to come up with an answer myself, so I'm going to say bread. It seems like a staple to me. I know, I know, chocolate ranked right up there, but I think (as much as I love a good Hershey's milk chocolate bar) I might start craving something more than chocolate. What about you? What ONE thing would you eat for the rest of your life?

Shar, I was going to say bread and then I saw your comment. So I will choose another food...anything made with chocolate;)

Bread does sound good, as then you could put ham on it!

Potatoes! I love potatoes--the regular red ones, not the starchy white ones.

That wasn't as easy as it sounded.

Linda, you mean I could be eating red potatoes and not feeling guilty? I thought all potatoes were starchy. I LOVE potatoes, and I especially love the red ones. Hmm, but it's the stuff I like to ADD to potatoes that makes them bad, huh. Wasn't there an ad for potatoes some years back -- "Don't blame the potato!" or something like that?

I'm tired. It's 1:30 AM, and I'm still working on my book, well, I was until I checked my email and then my blog...

Nise', yeah, so if you and I hung out together for the rest of our lives you could have some of my bread and I'd take some of your chocolate. And if Linda decided to join us we could share her potatoes.

Oh wait, that wasn't the assignment -- that I gave!.

French Toast! It's bread and sweet :)When I was little girl my mom would ask me each morning what I wanted for breakfast and that was ALWAYS my answer, and she always made it for me!

Anne, I LOVE French toast, and I recall my mom making it for me as well! Makes me want to make it in the morning, but I don't think I have the right kind of bread on hand. It requires thick slices of the best kind of home-baked bread, don't you agree?

I just love that pig! I want it...for a pet!

Wow, what a hard question...really. I'm not really sure. Months ago I would have said ice cream, hands down but since my cholesterol was high for the first time in my life, that I'm aware of, I had to cut way back on it. Now I can't think of eating ice cream without thinking of the consequences. If there were none, then yeah, ice cream...with whip cream of course.
